The Cornwall Schools Table Tennis Championships were held in Penryn College.
Angharad Beman, aged 11, from Gunnislake, won the under 11s Girls’ Championship for the third time and will represent Cornwall in the Nationals in Wolverhampton later this year.
Angharad is currently ranked 12th in the English National under 12s rankings.
Her brother, Ptolemy, aged 9, also reached the finals of the under 11s Boys’ Championships.
Both Angharad and Ptolemy are pupils at Stoke Climsland Primary School and are members of Gunnislake Table Tennis Club.
The club coach, Roger Bowkett said that it was ‘a wonderful achievement to win this championship three times and that both of them are a credit to their school and club.’
