CAPTAIN Jenny Rendle admitted she was 'speechless', after her Everhopefulls team wrote their name into the history books by clinching their record fourth British Skittles title.

After securing victory at the Championships in 2005, 2010 and 2012, the team, who play out of Millennium House in Pensilva, stormed to victory on a thrilling night at the Riviera Centre in Torquay.

Rendle almost lost her voice in the excitement during a tense final against the Dolly Mixers, from Totnes in Devon, but was able to admit: 'We are completely thrilled... I'm speechless.'
