THE fixtures for the 2021-22 South West Peninsula League season have been released, and they have thrown up some interesting games early on.

Bodmin Town entertain Matt Hayden’s new-look Callington Town, while Camelford play host to Dobwalls.
Liskeard Athletic are at home to Newquay, while Launceston play host to league newcomers Penryn, who last weekend won the St Piran League Cup.
The following midweek sees Bodmin entertain Camelford on the Wednesday night, August 11.
In the East Division, Bovey Tracey versus Dartmouth is the first game on the Friday night, followed the day after by Torpoint Athletic travelling to another league newcomer, Okehampton Argyle, while Holsworthy visit Cullompton.
Holsworthy are also on their travels on Tuesday, August 10 when they play at Crediton United.
The draw for the first round of the Walter C Parson Cup has also been made, with only 12 teams involved in the opening round.
Local interest will revolve around Torpoint Athletic playing host to Dobwalls, Holsworthy entertaining Okehampton Argyle, and Callington Town visiting Newton Abbot Spurs.
