A former Polperro man is launching three books today.
David Hind’s debut novel, A Beautiful Way to Die, is a thriller with a social conscience as David aims to blow the whistle on the inherent danger of police tasers and the behavioural changes of some post-taser victims. David, 73, is currently working on a screenplay adaption of the novel.
David’s other two titles are updated editions of his self-help books ‘After Stroke’ and ‘Beat Depression’.
He wrote ’After Stroke’ whilst living in Polperro and recovering from two devastating strokes. David describes it as a practical step-by-step recovery plan and a motivational lifeline.
‘Beat Depression’ reveals techniques David employed in his stress management consultancy.
David now lives in Plymouth.
