A stretch of the A38 was closed this afternoon following a crash involving three vehicles.

The collision took place along the A38 in Bodmin and has resulted in an individual being taken to hospital.

The crash led to heavy traffic following a road closure. A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “It was three vehicles, one person taken to hospital as a precaution but no reported injuries.

“Road is clear but just waiting on one vehicle to be recovered.”
