A PLAN to build 16 detached single-storey houses at a site in Liskeard has received the Town Council’s blessing.

The local planning committee agreed to support the proposal from Mr and Mrs Hoskin to build to the rear of existing new homes at Magistrates Court.

The scheme will feature 12 open market dwellings and four affordable homes, the provision of public open space and a new internal access road.
