LISKEARD-LOOE travelled to Crediton last weekend and just missed out on getting something from a tight and exciting contest.

The home side started well and gained a very early three-point lead through a Stuart Rickard penalty.

The Lions fought back and kept Crediton under pressure, making several useful looking raids into the opposition half.
