THIS week the Cornish Times features two recipes from fitness guru Joe Wicks, known as The Body Coach.
The recipes, from his Veggie Lean In 15 book, are for his Avo and Berry Breakfast Pot, featuring fruit, yoghurt, oats and honey, and for his meat-free Lovely Lasagne, made with asparagus, frozen peas and beans, pesto, mascarpone and vegetarian hard cheese.
