FOUR Seasons, an community care provider agency based in Torpoint, has been collecting donations for refugees from the Russian invasion of Ukraine over recent weeks.
On Tuesday (March 15) all the items donated by people in the Torpoint and Rame area were due to be driven by the owner herself, Julie Wood, and her wife Jo Shawcross to a collection centre in Taunton.
Pictured are Julie and Jo and the Four Seasons staff with the large number of items collected before being taken in the van to Somerset. Everyone at Four Seasons told the Cornish Times that they wanted to give a massive thank you to the local people of Torpoint for their kindness and generosity.
They said one man had even taken a brand-new coat off his back to give to this worthwhile cause!
