Flooding is possible over the morning high tide tomorrow.
High water at Fowey on Wednesday morning is 06:39. Times of high water will vary along the coast. Conditions apply two hours either side of the high tide, with property flooding expected over the peak of the tide.
Force 4 to 6 westerly winds and offshore wave heights of over 2m are forecast. These could result in wave overtopping and sea spray along the coast including sea front car parks. People are advised to stay away from risk areas and take care.
Locations particularly at risk include Fore Street, Town Quay, Albert Quay and Caffa Mill Car park at Fowey, Quay Street and Recreation ground at Lostwithiel, Polperro Harbour, Quay Road and The Quay at Looe and the B3247 at Seaton. Take care near coastal paths and promenades. Keep up to date with weather and tide conditions on local radio.
