Commuters are being warned "do not travel" by Great Western Railway after flooding closes the line between Plymouth and Totnes.

The disruption is expected to continue until 2pm today (Monday, December 19).

A spokesperson confirmed: "Due to a river flooding the railway between Plymouth and Totnes all lines are blockedTrain services running through these stations will be cancelled. Disruption is expected until 2pm."
