JOSHUA ARMSTRONG, 25, of Harbour Road, St Blazey, pleaded guilty to driving in Bodmin without a licence or insurance and to speeding in a Husqvarna.

He was fined £550 and ordered to pay a £55 victim surcharge and £90 costs. He was banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three months.
