The Liskeard faithful would have taken a point if they had been offered it before the game but, for once, it was the Blues' usually reliable defence and not a shot-shy attack that let them down at Haye Road.

'Elburton were third in the table and on their own patch, but we deserved a draw out of the game and, from that perspective, we have to be pleased,' admitted Liskeard manager Leigh Cooper.
