A superb double str-ike in extra-time from Alec Cannon helped Polperro to pull off the shock result of the day and earn a home second round tie against either Plymstock United or Plymouth Parkway. In a game well refereed by Ian Spurling, Polperro took the lead through a Zak Peel penalty, awarded for a trip on George Sada. Polperro beat St Stephen 4-2.
