BODMIN Jail has today (January 12) launched its new spa treatment room.

At the event, a ribbon was cut outside of the new room named 'Cell Serenity', which offers a variety of treatments using Cornish based products to both locals and guests.

The treatment room will eventually be one of two built within what was once the women's wing of the prison.
