POLICE investigating reports of the theft of a significant amount of farm equipment from a rural area near Callington.
The theft occurred on Saturday, November 12, and officers are appealing for any information to help with their enquiries.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “It was reported that a large quantity of sheep handling equipment and steel gates, worth £10,000, was taken in the early hours of the morning in the Beals Mill area of Callington.
“It is thought that a large vehicle or a van and trailer would have been used to carry out the theft, which took place in a remote, rural location.”
