Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision that has left one man in hospital with serious injuries.
Police were called at 10.35am on Saturday (October 15) to a two vehicle collision on the B3257 between Gulworthy and Bere Alston, just over the Tamar from Gunnislake.
The collision was between an orange coloured KTM motorcycle and a red heavy goods vehicle.
The 22-year-old male motorcyclist from Plymouth sustained a number of fractures to his legs and arms and was airlifted to Derriford Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
The lorry driver was uninjured but suffered shock.
